Public Liability (Commercial General Liability) Insurance
Public Liability Insurance is designed to cover businesses for legal liabilities arising out of breach of duty of care (negligence) or contract or as may be determined by a court of law. In the event that you are successfully pursued by a third party, this insurance will provide the financial backing to pay the cost of the claim inclusive of legal fees subject to the limits you have selected.
